Branding & UI: Building a stronger visual identity and refining the homepage to clearly communicate what Fannaan does (and why it’s different).
Tiered Artist System: Experimenting with ways to support smaller artists and help them grow without getting lost in the noise.
Artist Ticket Sales: Testing a model where artists promote events to offset performance costs—no more paying just to play.
Event Planning Resources: Checklists and resources to make hosting events less of a headache.
Expanded User Roles: Considering adding Vendors and Organizers to the mix, because why should artists have all the fun?
